Processing of orders

The time that passes between placing an order and its delivery depends on the form of delivery and payment method selected.

The order preparation time is 24 hours counted from the moment the payment for the order is received or confirmed (cash on delivery only).

Delivery time depends on the variant chosen/ country and is usually:

for domestic orders(Poland):

1 day- courier delivery (DPD)
1-2 day - insured priority registered mail or insured cash on delivery (Polish Post)
2 day - insured priority registered letter(Polish Post)
