Elegant Post Earrings with Cabochon
Our new proposal attracts attention with its minimalist form and distinctive gemstone colour. The deep red of the precious Rubrum coral and energising turquoise were chosen to complement the classic white of freshwater pearls. Smooth and large cabochons set in a gold-plated bezel harmonise perfectly with the lustrous pearls.

"Corallium rubrum" is a gem with a natural red colour. A species of coral in the Coralliidae family, found in the Adriatic Sea and western Mediterranean, it is considered endemic to the area. Nowadays, precious coral is also often referred to as other species of the Coralliidae family, with a white or pink colour - hence the importance of checking the origin of the coral and its natural colour when purchasing this type of jewellery. In the case of these earrings, the certificate will state the origin of the coral from the Mediterranean Sea and its natural red colour.
Turquoise is a gemstone with an intense blue-green colour that has been popular and mined for thousands of years. It consists mainly of copper and iron. It symbolises generosity and brings good luck.
