The necklace was additionally knotted to prevent pearls from scattering if broken. The ball-shaped clasp with protection is made entirely of rhodium-plated silver 925. Covering with a layer of rhodium makes the clasp more resistant to blackening and gains a stronger shine.

We present one of the few if not the only one available in Polish stores necklace made of real fine coral "Corallium rubrum" of natural red color. A species of coral from the Coralliidae family found in the Adriatic Sea and western Mediterranean Sea. Considered a species endemic to the area.
