Do we really provide lifetime waranty for pearl jewelery?

It happens that customers who browse our online store come across the slogan "lifetime warranty" and wonder if it is possible at all? Virtually no store offers such a guarantee, right?

However, we do not leave our customers behind and even a few years after the purchase, they can count on us! After all, we buy pearl jewelry for years;)

At apearl® we value the quality of our products. We want to deliver jewelry that meets the requirements of, among others regarding appearance and specifications. In order to make sure that our pearl jewelry meets the expectations, we pay great attention to the accuracy of its execution

In addition, we guarantee that in the event of any problem caused by our fault, as our customer, you will be able to repair the product purchased from us at no additional cost for this service.

As the offered products are handmade by our team from the studio (Piotr and Karolina), we have maximum influence on their quality. However, we know perfectly well that there are random cases, e.g. during the use itself.

Therefore, during the complaint, we do not ask questions such as: how and where it happened, we repair the jewelry outright.

Tied strings of pearls, necklaces or bracelets may tear after intensive use. Then we do not look at when it happened and during what activity. Additionally, regardless of whether the statutory warranty period (2 years) has expired, you can send us your jewelry for rebinding.

Are you able to identify any other company that provides such a service? In most cases, we meet the following thinking on the part of sellers: "if the pearl necklace broke after a few days of wearing, then the defect was during production, so it is enough to give the customer a maximum 2-year warranty, because that's enough for him."

Well no!

What if we buy an expensive necklace that we only wear for special occasions and something happens to the binding after a few good years?

We will of course fix it as if it were bought yesterday :)

You can also count on us for fine jewelry (earrings, rings, pendants, brooches). During everyday work, unfortunately, it happens that we hit or hook somewhere and then, for example, a pearl will fall off.

We handle such things efficiently and regardless of the date of purchase!

The described situations are very rare, but we want our client to feel comfortable wearing apearl® pearl jewelry.

Last month a client asked us if we could repair a broken bracelet of his wife he had bought from us 4 years ago !! We asked to send the bracelet to us by registered mail and we sent it back repaired the next day.

The customer was so pleasantly surprised that he wrote another message to us, willing to refund us at least the delivery costs. After all, this bracelet 4 years ago cost only PLN 99. and we repaired it for free and we don't even expect a refund for the transport.
