Full refund

If you decide that you want to return the jewelry purchased from us and get a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the package. You do not have to tell us why you are returning the product, although we would be very grateful if you did write why. Thanks to this, we will know what we can improve :)

How to return products?

1. It is best to contact us by e-mail or by phone and inform that you are sending us the package - page contact.

2. Complete the return report. You can print it or write it yourself by hand. Thanks to this, we will have full data to whom we should return the money and to which account. 2. Send the jewelery together with the box, undamaged tag, receipt and return report to our company address. You can send the parcel by registered mail. For security reasons, some more expensive products will be requested to be shipped by postal parcel or courier.

3. Within 3 days of receiving the parcel, we will inform you by e-mail about the considered return. We give ourselves 3 days for it, but you will receive 99% of the information on the same day when we receive the package.

4. After accepting the jewelry for return, we will refund the entire amount paid by you to your account :) We will make the transfer within 7 days. Our accountant has a lot of work to do, but he will try to make it as fast as possible. According to the law, the seller is obliged to give you the cost of transport, but only the cheapest option he has (i.e. an economic letter for PLN 7) - applies only to shipments within Poland.
