These pearls are a present for my mum for her 70th birthday. I’d been wondering for ages what to give her, and then it suddenly occurred to me that she’d once mentioned she’d like some pearls. The ones I found in your range seemed exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, there’s a very elegant box, and the certificate, which I suspect will be just as important to Mum. I’d like to add that the parcel arrived without any problems and in no time at all. Now it’s just waiting for next Sunday to be presented to the birthday girl.

I was looking for something unique and very elegant to give to the person I love. That’s how I came across the necklace on Allegro, and then found this shop’s website. The first thing that caught my eye was the fact that the necklace was elegant but also unique; it stood out from the rest. What’s more, its style matched the dress perfectly. The price, which seemed quite reasonable, was the icing on the cake.

Another plus was that the delivery time was very short. Thanks to this, I managed to give it to her in time for that special ball. Although the story is quite short, I’m glad it happened and that a special woman has become the owner of such a necklace.

As for the answers to the questions
: – Wide selection – I was looking for something to go with a dress I’d already chosen, so I definitely found what I wanted, and even more than one option –
Fast delivery – I was dragging my feet over the purchase, but thanks to the fast delivery, everything worked out. That was also important to me.
– User-friendly website – it has everything you need to complete a transaction. Clear and easy to navigate. You can make a purchase without any hassle.
– Customer service – hmmm, no experience to speak of, as everything went smoothly.

There’s no need to go into detail about obvious things like the quality of the jewellery and the service – the hassle-free, quick and friendly communication speaks for itself. You’re unrivalled in this respect, and many could learn a thing or two from you.

What, in my view, sets you apart from the competition is that, in addition to your range of classic designs, you also offer interesting and unique designs and styles to suit every style, personality and age – in other words, a wide range tailored to different customer groups and budgets.

Another distinguishing feature is the precise specification of the pearls’ quality. When I buy from you, I know exactly what I’m getting – I’m not buying a pig in a poke.

And thirdly, the option to have the jewellery tailored to the customer’s ‘size’. I haven’t used this option with you yet, but the very fact that it’s available is important to me, as it demonstrates your professionalism, your serious and personalised approach to customers, and provides a sense of security regarding any future alterations or repairs that might be needed. Just knowing that you have your own workshop, with specific people in charge who’ll help if needed, who know all about caring for pearls and are able to offer advice or a quick tip when I ring up in a panic saying: “Oh dear, my pearls are starting to lose their lustre” ;-)

I think that’s the most important thing for me :-)
